I am still trying to give you information related with mountain sports. This time i have found a PDF document from United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP) about tourism and mountain. So it is exactly what I was looking for.
It can not be read in 5 minutes because it has almost 50 pages. However, quite of these pages maybe do not interest you because there are much information that you already knew. But please, have a look to the follow PDF.
